1. By using website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately. A person making bookings with the help of this website agrees to be legally bound by determined Terms and Conditions on behalf of the people whose names are mentioned in the booking.

2. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms and Conditions, please do not access and/or use website.

3. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us. Your continued use of website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

4. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of content requires the prior written permission.

5. Your use of sites is intended for personal, noncommercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.

6. All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to the Customer Care Team who will process the request. We do not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing and confirmed booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Care team more than five (5) days ahead of your confirmed travel date. All the amendments and changes of dates is the subject of providers’ current abilities.

7. If you request a date change within five (5) days or less of your confirmed travel date, we will attempt to honor your request; however changes made three days or less from your original travel date may attract an additional fee.

8. Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. We reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

9. Using website, the duration of the service and the booking confirmation is approximate. In some cases, it takes time preparation and instruction and service privision time may be longer or vice versa. On the exact delivery times and duration contact the service provider.

10. Some service providers may require to identify the age, weight and some restrictions, thus, before booking, read carefully the terms of service and if you are not sure whether the service is appropriate in your case, please send a request to our Customer Care.

11. Prices listed on  website are per person, unless otherwise specified.

12. Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate.

13. Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.

14. Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; and any beverages or food not specifically listed.

15. website accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit-card payments.

16. website accepts payments through Pay Pal, Moneybookers and Mokė systems.

17. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation using one of the chosen methods of payment.

18. If the amount paid for the booking is not sufficient, despite the reasons why it happened, has the right to refuse to provide the Services, or to cancel the ticket order and return the amount paid. If the amount paid for the booking is over-paid, by the persons’ request returns the amount which exceeded the amount required to pay. In that case  can ask the persons to provide their bank and account information.

19. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced.

20. Canceling a booking can result in cancellation fees levied by the individual supplier/operator (see your Voucher for specific details). When canceling any booking you will be notified via email, facsimile or telephone of the total cancellation fees. Event, Attraction, Theater, Show or Coupon Tickets are non-refundable in all circumstances. If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 calendar days of the scheduled departure or commencement time, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

21. You will receive a personalized Voucher for each tour, event or service booked.

22. You must provide the original, qualitatively printed on an A4 sheet of paper, authentic Voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to get your booked travel service. Your reservation cannot be honored without presenting a valid Voucher.

23. For security purposes, presenting your Voucher you must present a valid Photo ID of the person booked and sign the Voucher. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.

24. In some cases we also require that you present the credit card used to purchase your tour or ticket at the time of redemption. This helps us to prevent credit-card misuse. You will be advised at checkout whether or not you must present the credit card used for booking. This requirement can only be waived by contacting Customer Care team once your booking has been confirmed, and any changes or amendments will be made at our sole discretion.

25. Please note that your Voucher(s) can be confiscated - and immediately canceled without refund - if your signature and/or name do not match those shown on your credit cardor payment documents.

26. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on the website. Gift Certificates are redeemable against any product offered on site. Gift Certificate is valid for one year from the date of initial purchase. The Gift Certificate holder must be aware that some services are provided considering seasons and other conditions.

27. If the value of the items you book is greater than your Gift Certificate, you can pay the balance using an acceptable credit card to the service provider directly. If the value is less than your Gift Certificate, inform the Client Care and we’ll store the balance in our database for you to use on another occasion.

28. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to cancel Gift Certificates obtained fraudulently. We are not responsible for stolen or lost Gift Certificates.

29. Since the site sells tours, services, guided tours provided by others persons we do not set the prices, service conditions, service time and are not responsible for the quality of services. We are not responsible for the disruption of the service.provision that is not our fault.

30. It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements.

31. As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure. We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy prior to departure.

32.Under no circumstances our website or our agents, service providers, suppliers, and/or distributors be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): loss of data; loss of revenue or anticipated profits; loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of regardless of the form of action.

33. Our website in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.

34. Our website accepts no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.

35. We check and recheck the details about all the products and services we offer for accuracy. However, we do not warrant that functionality, content or information contained on website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that website or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or bugs.

36. Types of communication with us after you have made your purchase are in English, German, Russian and Lithuanian. We will offer translation if you request it after receiving an English communication, but it may take longer and due to this some discrepancies may appear.

37. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
